We love the rich, distinctive, aromatic flavor of this prolific traditional Japanese favorite. Sometimes called 'Old World', the fruit is of good size and has vivid orange, russetted skin. Its strong, rummy overtones make this the strongest-flavored Asian pear we sell.

Fruit ripens in mid September and keeps until March. Shows fireblight resistance in many regions.
