Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over USD 50

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@raintrees-nursery.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
