Order Processing
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment is successfully received.
Please note:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Free Shipping – EMS

EMS is our economical shipping option for eligible orders and offers tracking throughout most destinations.
Packaging & Plant Protection
As a specialty nursery offering rare and premium fruit trees, heirloom varieties, and exotic plants, we take extra care when preparing every shipment.
Our team carefully inspects and securely packages plants to help protect roots, branches, and delicate plant material during transportation. While we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition, shipping conditions and local handling may occasionally affect live plants.
We recommend unpacking and inspecting your plants promptly upon delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in most countries worldwide, with the exception of:

Areas where import regulations prohibit plant shipments
If we are unable to ship to your destination, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
You can use the provided tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received tracking details within the stated processing period, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery & Receipt of Goods
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Upon delivery, please:

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
